Between us we have spent our careers in the people business — recruiting, leading teams and building relationships that last.
Jake may have spent the last 2.5 years directly in recruitment, but he’s spent his career in the people business.
With a background in operational leadership across a range of industries, Jake has spent years recruiting, leading and motivating teams, building strong relationships and helping people perform at their best.
That experience shapes how he approaches recruitment today. He understands that behind every vacancy is a business trying to achieve something, and behind every CV is a person looking for their next opportunity.
More than anything, Jake believes in service. Being available, following through, communicating honestly and genuinely caring about the outcome.
Abbie brings a strong background in administration, planning and customer service to FrameWork. She has worked across a range of administrative and support roles within education, civil construction and the trades, building a reputation for being organised, detail-oriented and someone people can rely on. Prior to this, Abbie worked in hospitality in both New Zealand and the USA, including at Walt Disney World, where providing great service and looking after people was part of the job every day. Having grown up in the Bay of Plenty, being part of a local business and supporting the people and businesses in the region means a lot to Abbie. She brings all of that experience together at FrameWork, helping make sure our clients and candidates are genuinely well looked after.
